Sleep can be deeply rejuvenative, but many of us don't experience its benefits.
Often we're so wired that we have trouble going to sleep, or we wake up and can't fall back asleep. We can also feel so heavy and groggy after waking that we struggle to peel ourselves out of bed.
In this workshop we'll explore sleep through the lens of Ayurveda, and explore simple tips to get the most out of it. We'll also have time to troubleshoot sleep issues, and to create a simple action plan to get sleep back on track. I hope you can join us!
