The REV Journey
1 Year, 2 Semesters, 10 Habits,
Rhythm, Ease, Vitality is a year-long transformational journey.
Each semester we explore 10 Ayurvedic habits, refine them, and delve deeper. Change doesn't happen overnight, and life comes with challenges and unexpected setbacks. In REV, we're in it for the long haul - ups and downs included.
These 10 habits are universal, stemming from Ayurveda. They align us with nature's rhythms, and our own biological clocks. We couple Ancient Wisdom with Modern Habit Psychology research to support you in making the habits stick.
Over time, you'll notice that you're striving less, and achieving more. You may have more energy, deeper sleep, improved digestion, a clearer mind, and more balanced emotions.
We'll start and end each semester with orientation and closure calls - clarifying our intentions, and celebrating how far we've come.

Habit 1: Fuel your Body
Having an Earlier, Lighter Dinner optimizes digestion and improves sleep. We'll go over practical tips to streamline food prep so that the transition is smooth.
Habit 2: Deepen your Sleep
Align with nature's rhythms and your body will literally rejuvenate itself while you sleep. We'll work on common troubleshooting, and also support a sweet wind-down.
Habit 3: Morning Magic
Your mornings set the stage for your day. Wake up and support yourself with routines that nurture the person you want to be. You'll WANT to jump out of bed and get moving!
Habit 4: Move your Body
Our mind often gets going faster than our body. We'll explore simple ways to feel more joy, strength, stamina, and flexibility in body, mind, & spirit. You'll start to crave movement.
Habit 5: Increase your Vitality
Here we'll deepen our connection with nourishing plants and whole foods. Mother Nature supports us daily, and we'll explore how to embrace it for vitality.
Habit 6: Heal with your Hands
You know your body better than anyone else. Self-massage is an opportunity to deepen that connection while providing yourself with exactly what you need.
Habit 7: Pause
Take a break. Meditate. This is about learning to be ok with silence. Step out of the day's dramas and momentum to recharge and refresh your perspective.
Habit 8: Nourish
We'll explore basic healthy eating guidelines to build presence at meals and improve digestion. You'll feel more satisfied in body, mind, and spirit.
Habit 9: Keep your Senses
Our senses keep us connected with the world around us. Just like every other system in our body, our senses need a little maintenance to stay youthful. We'll explore simple daily tools to keep you taking in life's bounty.
Habit 10: Easeful Living
Let's do it all with ease. It's not about getting an A+. Embodying the most vibrant, fulfilling life you can takes time, patience, and conscious action.
Each semester, you'll receive:
Each week, you'll receive an email detailing the Ayurvedic habit of the week, with step-by-step actions, support, and relevant resource links:
Video lessons teaching the "what" and "why" for the Ayurvedic habit
Read along in Body Thrive, our class textbook. (You'll receive a complimentary paperback copy as part of the Annual Pass.)
Worksheets to assess where you're starting from, and how to incorporate the habit into your life.
A workbook & videos to take a deeper look at how to shift your habits, mindset and beliefs, from a research-based behavioral perspective.
Attend weekly, 1-1.5 hour video conference calls with the group to share successes, ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and discuss the week's habit in a personal and interactive way. We're in this together - myself included! Calls are recorded and saved in case you have to miss a week.
Receive 3 laser coaching sessions per round. Come with a big question or challenge, and we'll dive in together. I don't just give advice - I ask questions to help you gain insight and deeper clarity to move forward. Discover the next small step to grow into your best self.
Join a dynamic group and learn how to fall into support. You don't have to do this alone. Each week you'll check in and work with a group of supportive, like-minded folks intent on creating positive change in their lives. Whether you're feeling motivated, or in a funk (it's normal!), you'll know you'll get the support you need.

We spend these live calls together creatively working through challenges.
We'll use 4 level check-ins, art, visualization, yoga, Ayurveda, non-violent communication, writing, EFT tapping, or other modalities to work with current mind-body-emotional-spirit challenges.

We start each quarter by setting our intentions, with specific, measurable goals- in class, together.
We meet weekly to:

Between classes, you'll:

How does it work?
The habits bring us into alignment with nature's basic rhythms. Rather than fighting our biological clocks, we work with them. Our body and mind can then auto-regulate, and often relieve many uncomfortable symptoms on its own. We then have more energy, contentment, and mental clarity to focus on what we want - spending time with loved ones, pursuing our interests, and following our heart wherever else it leads us.
I'm not kidding when I say people's lives are completely transformed - from regular bowel movements, to getting better sleep, to improving their relationship with food, to improving their resiliency to work/relationship stresses.
When we align with nature we step into more support than we could ever imagine. It's almost magical.
